📦 Shipping Policy (Out of City Orders)
All out-of-city parcels are shipped via PostEx.
For parcels up to 2kg, delivery charges are Rs. 230.
If the parcel weight is above 2kg (2.1kg and more), then Rs. 200 per additional kg is charged as per PostEx policy.
✨ Examples:
If you order two 1.2kg packs (total 2.4kg) → Delivery charges will be Rs. 400.
If you order a 3kg bucket → Delivery charges will be Rs. 600.

The return of goods is at the customer’s expense.
We recommend that you use your domestic postal service with a standard shipping method.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage and keep your receipt until we acknowledge the receipt of your package.

The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Once the package is opened, the product cannot be returned.

You may use any courier service to return the product to our warehouse.
